Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in selling IT Services for End to End project delivery for the North American customers from India
  • Knowledge in selling BlockChain and UI/UX Services.
  • Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations, discussions, negotiations and deal closure with clients
  • Prior understanding of market & relationship with decision-making teams
  • Generating business from potential new customers and establishing strategic partnerships & alliances, achieving profitability and increased sales growth
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by hiring, building, and leading the team
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by hiring, building, and leading the team
  • Create the business NDA, Proposal & Presentations
  • Desire to meet clients frequently and have good communication
  • He/she will also be required to review and provide key inputs in finalizing the SoW
  • Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the client, make resolving all issues the same day a habit and work with the get-things-done attitude

Knowledge & Experience Desired

Sound knowledge of the IT Services Industry with hands-on experience of 10+
years in selling IT products and services in the international market

Must have the mindset of CAN DO and WANT TO DO

Must be exceptional in Market Research and Lead Generation

Prior experience or ability to handle Custom Applications Development sales,
mobile applications, E-commerce, System Integration and Cloud will be required
from day one

Experience in interacting and negotiating with CXOs

Must be a self-starter

Should be a consultative problem solver and must know who can help him to
provide the best solution to the customer

Overall Excellent written & verbal communication skills to be able to deal with the
North American customers

Qualification

BE/BTech Computer Science or BE with a great understanding of IT Services
Business

MBA will be considered an advantage
